One of the major points of functionality that is appealing to me in Mozilla is tabbed browsing, and blocking of Pop-ups, and its for these two reasons I'm switching over. Internet Explorer seems to be more liberal at displaying sites which is good from a user perspective (users don't really care how the site is built, as long as though it looks good in their browser) and I'll still be using IE for some sites (namely MSDN so I get the DHTML menus, and Chris' site whose fonts render to small on Mozilla).
