Photography and the "National concern"
Unsettling news story:
A member of the Geelong Camera Club was reported to police for taking photos of the Shell Oil refinery.
There's a Castrol refinery near where I work and at sunset when it has its lights on it really does look beautiful. Of course the answer is not not to take photos but for both the public and authorities to be informed of our rights. Times have changed and even though times are not as tense as they once were we still need to be both alert but also to protect our freedom.
