Those pragmatic programmers are at it again. I just purchased their latest book bundle, Rails Recipes, whilst still in beta but already proving to be worthwhile.
The great thing about these bundles is that as errors are found the ebook's are updated allowing purchasers to get the latest version asap. Some other book publishers have started to release beta-books as well, but we'll know that the prag-prog guys where first to market with this.
Onto the book! Each recipe starts with a credit to the author or suggestor of the recipe, followed by a brief problem description and then onto the solution. The recipes tackle real-world issues such as role based authorisation, notification of unhandled exceptions, and handling bounced emails.
