jWSCF

Throughout the day I'm mainly working in Eclipse, mainly because its the IDE that I feel most comfortable with whilst I write in Java. Today I also read an SOA Journal article on the benefits of contract first development of web services, something that makes sense and that I'll most likely adopt once I've got my head around the XML Schema and WSDL specifications.

Today, strangely, yet conveniently for me, Christian Weyer's feed regurgitated some old posts dating back a year or so ago and one of the posts was about his jWSCF (260Kb, ZIP) tool, a contract-first development plugin for Eclipse. Development seems to have stagnated at v0.1 just after its release, but I hope that it'll be resurrected.
