Dictionary.com (that redirects to dictionary.reference.com) is sporting a spiffy new look, I think it's a great improvement on what it once was. Thankfully they've also removed the popup banner that was thrown up on loading of the results page.

The site also is tentatively validating as XHTML Transitional.
