This past weekend I finally got around to requesting my replacement MacBook Pro battery as there was a less publicised recall regarding the battery life. As far as I know, the batteries for the MacBook Pro don't have any of the issues that the other models have.

To my surprise, my replacement battery arrived today, neatly packaged and with a courier return parcel as well. Now I know that with all the recalls that Dell and Apple have been having this sort of thing is going to get a lot of attention, but for them to organise this so quickly reflects well on them.
