Oh man, bloggers are going to have a field day with this one. Apparently, Apple has issued a cease and desist letter to PodcastReady stating that they've infringed on Apple's trademark. Scoble questions whether or not PodTech (who he works for) is next. Ridiculous, of course, though with trademark's I believe that prior art is irrelevant.
