Today I got to taste one of the finest coffee's I have ever had. I am by no means a true coffee connoisseur but I do enjoy my coffee and today I had my first taste of a Toby's Estate. We were at Fox Studios and came across the marketplace. There were a few stalls, fresh fruit and veggies, fresh orchids, a couple of coffee bars, and even a delicatessen that has Raspberry Vinegar (looks great in the bottle).

I do have to say that I enjoy watching baristas who have a true passion for making coffee, it is as though they're making only one cup that day and its for you, taking their time and making sure it's perfect.

It really was that good. And yes, I do believe that Australia does have some of the finest baristas and coffee's.
